Deposits

• A deposit of 30% of the service price (minimum R200) is required for every appointment.
• Payment of your deposit is the confirmation of your booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been paid.
• The deposit is deducted from your final bill on the day.
• Your free 15-minute consultation needs no deposit.
• For custom loc extensions or hair bought specially for you, we may ask for the cost of the hair upfront.

Cancelling or rescheduling

How much notice you give us decides what happens to your deposit.

• No-show
  Your deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may need full payment upfront.
• Under 24 hours
  Your deposit is forfeited.
• 24 to 48 hours
  We will reschedule you, and your deposit moves to the new date.
• 48 hours +
  No penalty. Move your deposit to a new date, or ask for a full refund.

Late arrivals

• We allow a 20-minute grace period from your appointment start time.
• Running late? Call or WhatsApp us on 076 244 3323 within those 20 minutes and we will do our best to fit you in. If we cannot fit you in that day, we will reschedule you for another day and your deposit moves with you.
• If you have not arrived or let us know within 20 minutes, the appointment is treated as a no-show and the cancellation terms above apply.

Refunds

• Services are non-refundable once provided. No full cash refunds are given for services rendered.
• Not happy with something? Please tell your stylist during your appointment so we can fix it there and then.
• Hair and products are refunded only if defective or damaged. Hair bought for your service and made-to-order loc extensions are otherwise non-refundable.
• If we cancel, you get a full refund of your deposit or first choice of a new slot. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
